Whats up Daym!? Me and my wife recognized you right away and were one of the couples that took a picture with you. Thank you so much for being humble and cool. Now, my personal experiences there have always been nothing short of great. The longest wait I've EVER had at this specific location was roughly about an hour on a busy weekend. Service has always been good. never Got cold food. Today, I got the tex-mex egg rolls and steak tacos. Food was hot and flavorful. My wife and I had a very good experience today and left a decent tip as she was very attentive and friendly.

Cheesecake factory is one of those places that really depends on the location and staff they've got there. The one I go to is on point. Food comes out hot, service is always friendly and quick. We never wait long and that place is straight packed.

First time commenter and viewer… I saw the STL episode of your new show on Netflix Fresh, Fried, & Crispy (seriously awesome) and came here to see more. 15 years ago, I worked at mall at a computer software kiosk right next door a Cheesecake Factory location. I worked there 8 months and gained 20 lbs… mostly on their fried crispy artichoke hearts.

I wanna add something to the hot lamp. Lots of managers insist of having empty plates sit under heat lamps, and keep them hot before sending out. Idk why. Which also Dries out the food quicker and continues to cook it

I was thinking about ordering pickup after going to Whole Foods. Maggie McFly's is kind of the same style restaurant with a huge menu. The Japanese market across the street from Whole Foods is probably the only authentic Japanese places in CT.

Was just there this weekend. The crab bites were just ok, but the chicken costoletta was surprisingly very good and hot; the tiramisu cheesecake was pretty good too. It's usually hit or miss there for me.

I love the CF. I have been to W. Hartford, Trumbull, Danbury and Stamford (before they closed). I have never had a bad experience. All chain establishments aren't built the same. Their menu has changed a little over the years, and they used to have a better drink menu including a variety of sweet Martinis, but it's still good overall.

The one in Pasadena, California, is hella dirty. The few times I've been there. The dining room and restrooms are messy, employees wear dirty uniforms, and the plates are dirty (cooks fingerprints apparent on the dishes). Like, got dam, have some pride in your appearance.

I worked at that specific one that's standard there horrible practices. And the servers deff ate shit off your plate before you got it, none of the food is cooked to order it's mostly premade and quick heated, chef microwave is a main stay on the line and that cheesecake everyone loves is frozen shipped in from California

Went to The Cheesecake Factory last month to celebrate my daughter's birthday. I had the fish & Chios. Unfortunately, the fish was bland and the chips were overcooked. However, my meal was saved buy the red velvet cheesecake. There was a wait 2 b seated but nothing outrageous

The one in South Pointe Mall in Durham is pretty consistent... I've only had one sub par experience in my many times eating there. And like you it was with an appetizer. The entrees are usually on 100!! And the cheesecake is 🔥🔥

Daym I have never been to a cheesecake factory restaurant. I have always been curious about it. In my opinion the appetizer was a bad start but they definitely made up with the rest of the meal

I haven’t had a great experience at this location in over ten years. Had to be 2008 that last time I had a decent meal. I find them wayyy over priced for the quality of food they serve. I even tried simple things like a sandwich and it’s be dried out. Their cheesecake and mushrooms are the only thing I’ve fully enjoyed over the years I’ve gone. I keep giving them chances only to be disappointed. Last time I was there was in 2018 & haven’t been back. There’s over places in the square I rather go to, to be honest
