Reviewing This Season's Dahlia, Digging and Dividing Tubers

The Garden is dying back as the cold sets in so its time to review the dahlia I grew this season and look at what I liked enough to put in again next year and what is getting ripped out. I also thought it was a good time to show you all what I actually do with the flowers I cut so stick around until the end to see some of the arrangements I have made over this season.

Love Dahlias . This is my first year growing them and I am going from seeds . As of now I have 40 coming along beautiful/ no blooms yet but happy healthy plants so far. Looking so forward to seeing the colors and shapes that are producing.

That bumpy dahlia tuber set you dug up may have root knot nematode which can spread to other dahlias.
