He was a very practical guy. As youd have seen he used 1/4 Effort, 1/2 Effort, 3/4 Effort, 7/8 Effort in all the training efforts. Races were obv all out if not a time trial he'd list 7/8th which corresponds with ones Anaerobic threshold 85-90% heartrate reserve. Cheers

L.s.d got confused by long steady distance 😊 . The confusion came from the Jogging start up phase which was taken back to America after Bill.B visited Arthur. Cheers
