REVIEWING XPPENS Artist 22 Plus

Xp pens has increase their price for all new release products. It is a decent brand, but I end up selling my Artist 13 2nd Gen and brought the Huion 16 2.5K because of the glass surface, that meant no more scratches even after a few years of use. Also for the price you pay for this new release Xp pen artist 22 plus (1080p resolution). You can get the Huion 16 2.5K (1440p) for $50 extra. FYI, I use my tablet for sculpting.

For me, I was about to buy Kamvas 22 plus but, I ended up buying the Artist Pro 16 2nd gen because of the 2.5k resolution also with the etched glass surface. It's pretty similar with the huion's 2.5k it'll be arriving tomorrow. I hope it'll be great for my work

I have the kamvas 22 plus and love it. It's great for drawing and the size is great after having used a 16 inch drawing tablet for years. Definitely go for the plus version as the etched glass will last far longer than the matte coating film of the standard version

the protective film is hard to deal with , what do you think of kamvas 22 plus? even tho it's way older than this one but it has an anti glare glass build in

Et bien, pour ma part je suis conquis ! Je crois que l'on peut faire de très bonne chose avec une résolution HD. Cependant les 16k de pression, peuvent faire je crois, une différence remarquable ! L'utilisation de l'aluminium si j'ai bien lu la fiche technique du produit est aussi un plus certain. J'ai essayé d'autres marques et je n'ai pas été aussi en confiance ou en confort dans le flux de travail. La prise en main du stylet chez Huion ne me plaît pas par exemple. Merci pour cette revue * PS : 469,00 Dollard US font 425,00€ à ce jour. Chez nous la tablette varie de prix selon les zones Europoéennes France, Allemagne, Bénélux +/- 600,00€ et pour certains autres pays d'Europe du nord à 479.00€ mais pendant les fêtes 375,00€. Les prix varient donc considérablement.

Is XP-Pen 1st gen still relevant in 2024? (for a beginner) For example, XP-Pen Artist 22hd or 22e (not plus, not pro, just 22 1st gen)? or Maybe XP-Pen Artist 16?

from xp-pen site has it is listed as $423 USD and a google search converts that to 388 Euros. it is on christmas sale (16Dec2023)

The 22 inch display is a great thing. Approximately for one year. Then the matte film wears out and you need a new one rolled on properly. That's when the pain begins.

First tablet computers used to be called UMPC (ultra mobiles or ultra mobile pc) but the term was "abandonned" due it was first used with notebooks... and lazyness as tablet computers look like that: a tablet
