Not just better customisation, but a wider variety of cars to choose from also. The quality of play & the graphics are better now, but the older games have so much more to them.

Forza hasn't gone backwards...... If you haven't played the game you can't really comment on it lol. The new Forza games are way ahead in every way. Only thing more advanced about FM2 is you could make custom public servers for people to join.

Even with Motorsport 7 having over 780+ cars (excluding Forza editions), I still feel that many cars and tracks are missing throughout the entire Xbox One era, especially older models, certain race cars and other variants of other such cars. There are also many features that are also missing from the Xbox One titles as well.

This Forza is so superior to most recent one we had. I remember playing this game in 2009, I was 9 and I loved it haha. It also had so many more features, exhaust sounds actually changed, the cars felt a lot different when upgraded, you could paint everything (brake calipers, ...). I hope they do a new Forza Motorsport that actually ressembles this one !

This game had more details in upgrading the cars. I wish forza included more engine swaps, allowed your cars to make over 1000 horsepower on any car and added some body customization to every car

Look at the crowds when you race. Now go to time trials and look again. There are fewer people trackside and way less in the stands. that's one thing I loved about this game.

Forza 2 and 4 are probably my favorites of the series horizon 1 is also great but takes a hit not having tuning though with mods I have been able to tune cars and the game could definitely get a redo making it my first if they did it right, they have to keep the Shelby 1000 though.
