this hit me just now - the effect for the clones is this flickering, because it's actually moving the same model between two positions rapidly, rather than drawing a second one, which would be a hit on performance when they were squeezing out every last bit from the hardware

If tekken 6 had tekken 7s polish and theatrics it would be miles above it in terms of gameplay , I still like 6 better than 7 personally but I understand why 7 was bigger. Causals pay the bills and 7 has a more casual appeal. 6 is for the fans.

I played only Steve and Eddy/Christie , mostly as Steve since he's my main man. But damn...this video just proven that Tekken 7 Steve (especially season 4) is so neutered compare to Tekken 6 Steve. Bounce mechanism fits Steve extremely well, making him look slick and cool all the time. Not to mention allowing us to be super creative with combo mixup since you only need basically ff2 to make it bounce.

Tag 2 Steve was so weak compared to T6 Steve lol You missed King's old WS+2, in this game it was dope (basically the same as FC,df+2 but only -9 on block and launch on CH only, it worked essentially similar to T6 Steve's b+2 but coming from FC & with much longer range)
