11:10 I misheard the operator at first, "hearing" that she may have accused me of "trespassing" on public space. After replaying the clip, I found that what she meant was that I "couldn't" film on CTA property. Either way, I would've completely ignored her because it is contrary to the CTA's photo and video policy, and neither instances of trespassing or illegal photography was true. Funny that she took quite some time to depart after closing the doors just to radio in CTA's control center about me filming lol

Just the station entrances. The canopy Is probably getting replaced but the platform itself is fine.

Way far from being finished. They replaced the tracks only between LaSalle and Illinois Medical District last year. Now they got the rest of the Forest Park branch (west of IMD) to worry about.

That Black train operatress was wrong for disturbing the photographer on the Addison Station platform by telling him that he could not be in the area where he stood. In fact, the photographer was in the right place of a passenger, and his conduct was of rail interest without disorder or crime, whatsoever. The only places where passengers cannot enter are the station agent booth, the train dispatcher booth, track bed, bus operator's cockpit, signal relay houses, crew rooms, the train cabs or cabins, rail yards, and other facilities that are closed to the riding public. The transit worker who depreciated the rail fan at Addison may prefer vandals who would destroy transit property, crooks who attack passengers, transit workers, even the police, and other undesirable characters who are really reckless, even dangerous. The photographer acted like a gentleman when he did not reply to the train operatress' comment that was not even worth answering.
