There's a TREMENDOUS amount of evidentiary value in the ransom note. You don't need to be an expert to understand that. My question is: Why would an "intruder" LEAVE that note there once the kidnapping had gone awry? It's absolutely CRAZY. (and that's not even considering the absurdity of the note itself -- one can hardly IMAGINE an actual kidnapper writing such an....essay).

It makes perfect sense, the people in the house did it, I know they at least covered it up. If you found your daughter dead in your basement you wouldn’t quietly pick her up and carry her up the stairs to the living room, you’d scream bloody murder and call for help, at least a normal person would. What John Ramsey did was preplanned and executed perfectly. Calling all the neighbors and other family members to come over before the investigators got there was genius. Confuse, congest and contaminate the crime scene as much as possible so the police can’t properly gather evidence, that’s criminal tradecraft 101.

And walked on to search the house.. mr john rampsy, after order from detective. Went down immediately into that basement room kl 1300.. and found her, it took john about 3 minutes, Along with white who followed.. the big question is,Was JONBENET S body even in thst room by the time white previously had been there and the cop had been down there earlier..?? Even the detective who was left alone with all the family and friends, waiting for the phone call. It infuriates me to know that days later another little girl was attacked in her home in the same way that Jonbenet was & the Colorado police didn't bother with investigating the two occurrences as possibly being related. How ignorant do you have to be to not at least considering the possibility there could be some correlation. Also, the stun gun that an investigator discovered had been used on her again the Colorado police refused to consider into the investigation. They have blundered the entire investigation & I think the state police or even the FBI should take over since the local authorities have failed investigating this horrific & senseless cruel crime. Someone more capable should solve this once & for all. This is ridiculous. She deserves better from local authorities.

It was the parents-too wealthy to face accountability, and now one of them is deceased. From a criminal’s perspective, no intelligent kidnapper would leave a ransom letter behind after already killing the victim; it simply doesn’t make sense. Furthermore, the parents refused to take an FBI-administered polygraph test, which raises even more questions.

If you are an intruder person, not only do you have to believe that someone left both a ransom note and the person they claim to have kidnapped behind at the crime scene, but you have to believe that they wrote that long rambling ransom note inside the house itself, on borrowed paper, either while the family was away or while they were sleeping. Gotta imagine the writer turned a light on as well.
@polarvortex3294
@polarvortex3294 8 күн бұрын
Well, I forgot that some people think the housekeeper was involved. And that would allow access to the writing stuff at times other than I mentioned. Also, when it comes to leaving the body behind, there's a case to be made that it would have actually been a smart move by an intruder. Dragging a child along, who could scream, be noticed, or escape, would have added to the risk in some ways. Whereas, on the other hand, silencing her forever would leave you unburdened as you left the scene, with nothing on your person to connect you to the crime. And you could hope that your letter and threats would convince the Ramseys not to look hard for JonBenet and also not call the police, allowing you to collect the ransom in spite of having nothing left to give in return. In other words, leaving the body would be calculated risk to the operation, but maximize your chance of not getting caught. It wouldn't matter so much in that situation if they found her later, so long as you got the money before that happened. Not that I believe any of that... it's just that it's best, in a way, to try to see clearly the case that other side can make.

Just a Theory : B got some pineapples in a bowl. JB ran up and stuck a spoon into the bowl to eat some. B got mad and, in a fit of rage, hit her with the flashlight. Seeing JB unconscious, he got scared ran to his parents they saw JB on the floor, told B, go to your room, and no matter what you hear or happens do not get off the bed. And B did just that. It probably explains why cops came in and he didn't get up. And why B says in the interview as a child that the spoon doesn't belong in the bowl and couldn't say pineapple. Parents decided to make it look like a kidnapping, P writes the letter while J takes the body. Something happens where J decides it's no longer a good idea to take the body out to home. So he stages the M scene. They decide to use the random letter anyway in hopes of taking the body out later when they got on their plane which explains the suitcase. Because detective said search home, J decided to find and pick up the body so he could explain DNA later. Cops probably know this is the most plausible explanation, but know it's an uphill battle with parents who would do anything to protect only living child and didn't pursue further ... just a thought

This has been solved. No intruder. Patsy wrote the note. Burke did it. He had anger and jealousy towards Jonbenet. Aka the poop smearing and hitting jb with golf club prior. Not to forget lack of emotion for his own sister. John and Patsy staged everything and yet were grieving at the same time. Which is why their sadness was real. I just wish they didn't lie about it all and continue on with all this nonsense to this day while blaming others they know are innocent. Very sad case. Of deceiving.

Folks, I am going to go really deep here. Please, read this comment. I, truly believe, that on the morning of the 26th when Patsy called 911, somethings went into motion. What I mean is after the 911 call, Patsy starts calling friends and the pastor to come rushing over. That was all by design. What I mean is that John and Patsy Ramsey did that on purpose knowing that it would compromise the crime scene. People were wiping things down and making coffee and sandwiches. People were all over that house contaminating the crime scene. Just what John and Patsy wanted. See, if they had let the crime scene not get compromised, it would have been discovered that there were no traces of an intruder. They could not have the evidence, or lack of it, pointing in their direction. They didn’t want to be asked questions by police, so they stayed around a lot of their friends hoping that the police would leave them alone. Honestly, it worked to their advantage. Peace.

We know no such thing. There is only a tiny mixed sample of touch dna, from up to six people, & it is too degraded to be any use. Touch dna can be present for all sorts of reasons, even from the factory where the clothing was made. Forget the dna.

She’s right. If the original intent was to kidnap her then why didn’t the intruder bring their own pen and paper? Why depend on ‘maybe’ the Ramseys would already have some paper and pen handy? How would you have known this? Also, why ask for the specific amount of money? Kidnappers ask for $100k or $150k . They don’t ask for $118k.

This case will never be solved, Burke or Patsy did it, all the evidence exists but is being kept hushed, that poor little girl will never get justice until father time takes her parents and brother, disgusting 😢

John Ramsey had NO history of ANY weird, odd SA behavior. He LOVED his family, LOVED his wife, LOVED his children. He worked hard to provide a wonderful life for them. In the case of CW, CW was cheating on his wife, he felt trapped by his wife and children and didn't want the third baby- that right there is a timeline of telling events with photos on his phone to show that timeline of events.. John Ramsey has NONE of that in his history, neither does Patsy. Also, Patsy went through stage 4 cancer- the photo of her completely bald with JonBenet shows she is NOT vain, she is a loving mother. She wouldn't have had the strength to kill JonBenet.. Also, someone at one of hte pageants or in the social life of Patsy's circle would have said that they saw or witnessed weird things going on. Patsy had none of that. Pretty obvious they didn't do it. GO is the profile that fits along with his handwriting, phrases her wrote and his obsessions. In a television special that is on YT I think from a year ago , G.O. wrote the SAME phrase to his high school friend in one of his letters to him: "LIste4n carefully!" they found it- the high school friend has it. He also wrote 'hence' I believe they said, in another letter to his high school friend. Also, as an artist when I saw G.O.'s letters to his high school friend, not only do the actual letters match in many cases, but the spaces between the 'L's match, the slanting of the words match: some slant right, some slant left, some are upright- just like the ransom note. Also The 'ebb and flow' of the word clumping in G.O's letter's to his high school friend AND on the ransom note are very similar - very alike. G.O. already KNEW WHERE her room was, knew the whole layout first from the outside, then, probably was one of the house tour people on their Christmas home tour. Probably studied that house minutely . She was tied because itis a FETISH with some pedophiles. Her wrists were NOT tied tightly- which also exemplifies a fetish tying of hte hands/wrists. AA good scenario is that: G.O.- who lived 13 houses down as a homeless person at the church, was watching JonBenet- he admitted it in his letters to his high school friend. He also drew drawings of her- they showed them in those letters to his high school friend in that special. He might have been one of the people at the Christmas house tour they had. He made mental notes of the rooms, staircases, exits, entrances. He, when they went to the White's for dinner, got in and hid in JonBenet's closet. I have worked in a mansion and I can tell you, with thick carpets and insulation one cannot hear even in the next room and the mansion I worked in had a full staff of 8 housekeepers, laundress, cook, gardeners. G.O. hid in her closet. they came home put her to bed and Burke to bed. They went to bed. He was known to have a stun gun. He stunned her once so she didn't make noise up in her bedroom. He took her downstairs to the basement. She came to- she screamed- the neighbor heard her from 'a lower floor'. He stunned her again as the autopsy showed. he was molesting her (there was unknown DNA on her long john's and her private area that is yet unknown- (certainly he wore gloves). He then put the garrote around her neck and was molesting her which is a fetish. He loosely tied the rope around her wrists over her sleeves- another fetish as they were not tied tightly. It might be that she came to again and he tightened the garrote so tight it slowed her heart and she was unconscious near death. He then got frustrated she had no response to his sexual fetish and he turned her upside down and hit her head on the concrete floor. THAT is why there was no instrument/weapon that caused the 8" skull crack found. the concrete FLOOR was the weapon. She only bled 1 1/2 teaspoons of blood as Dr. Wecht said so she was already passed away or very near death when that horrid head crack occurred. O panicked and his beautiful object was gone, broken- he couldn't face that reality, because he 'cared' about JonBenet in his own pedofile way, so he covered her with the blanket He then left out the basement window which was an easy access. John Ramsey also said the one other door was unlocked. G.O. called his high school friend sobbing, panicked saying that he killed a little girl in Boulder- it was an accident. The ransom note is written to John about his daughter because G.O. was ONLY interested in JonBenet-'his' beautiful object. John was in the WAY of that obsession. THAT is why G.O. wrote that ransom note like that. Patsy and Burke were not in his way to JonBenet really; it was JOHN. JOHN is the strong man- the strong head of the house- and THAT is why that ransom note is written like that. Notice, as Patsy has said, "JonBenet's name isn 't even mentioned".... Think about that. WHY? Because in G.O.'s mind, JonBenet was HIS, HIS object. G.O. did NOT even have to mention her name. because it didn't OCCURR to him in his mind to mention her name: HE knew who he was referring to as he was writing it. One must think of that ransom note for the WRITER's perspective: the pedofile, the psychopath. and when one reads it with this in mind, it all fits. G.O. would have NO reason to mention Patsy's name or Burke's name. His focus was JonBenet ONLY Think about it: If Patsy and John schemed the ransom note, they WOULD HAVE INCLUDED her name, to make the 'kidnapping' SPECIFIC TO HER..
