What year is this car? My 2016 has 2 spring clips on the pads. Most videos use a c-clamp or compression tool to press the piston. My rotors have a small star screw holding the rotor in place thats almost impossible to remove. Did you mention loosen the cap on the brake fluid reservoer under the hood to relieve pressure build up as the pistons push fluid back into it?

First video I've seen take the caliper pins out, after like 7 videos lol. Were the poms the same on both sides with the rubber tipped one being on top?

What do you mean about the poms? Ahh the PINS, thats a great question, it has been so long since I have done this, but on some calipers the pins are different for top and bottom. On some vehicles they are the same, I am sorry if all I did was add more questions for you!

@@Revitauto I tried replacing the rubber on the pin with new and it was still binding inside so I just took the rubber completely off and filled the channel on the pin with extra grease. Been fine so far
