Just got this smoker and enjoy watching your videos. It's my 2nd pellet grill, the first was a green mountain, it died a few years ago. I replaced it with a really nice texas style offset stick burner. That was an amazing smoker, it made incredible food, but it is just too much work for me most of the time. Babysitting a stick burner is a labor of love and you can't beat the results. But I sold it, got tired of the time involved. Decided to go back to pellets for the versatility and convenience. Almost bought an $800 Traeger. Saw this little pit boss and Walmart and it looked great. Decided to give it a shot. It's just the wife and I so we don't need much cooking space. We can even meal prep on this one. Anyway thanks for making videos on this little pit. You're one of the few people doing it.

Rice Lake Butcher Shop if I was in your area I would frequent your store for some great meat etc. Unfortunately, I'm about 1,500 miles away. If Scotty says, which he does often, that your product is good then Scotty's word is golden. I appreciate you taking care of Scotty Rice Lake Butcher Shop and looking at your website you have some pretty damn good looking meat 👍Scotty, you know as well as I know that local is WAY BETTER than store bought meat.
