Fun Fact: There is a village in state of Karnataka (in India) where the mode of communication (both written and spoken) is Sanskrit only. They still uses Sanskrit to communicate and encourage people visiting them to use Sanskrit. Well Sanskrit is not entirely forgetten and its still present via its daughter languages like Hindi and others. And yes, tou are correct, in the holy rituals of Hindus (or Indian origin religions) Sanskrit is still the language of conduction. Though unlike Hebrew Sanskrit is not spoken in our day to day life (and even back in the days too Sanskrit was kinda the language of elites, sophiscates, scholars etc). Fun Fact: An Indian Computer Programmer tried and created a new programming language called "Sanskrit Programming language" (which was written completely using Sanskrit and C language + assembly language). And most importantly when the guy used this Sanskrit language in programming he figured that its easier than Python to learn while faster than C language to get results.

Good Evening. FYI only. Sanskrit as a language is part of education system in India. In schools, Sanskrit is taught. In higher education also Sanskrit as a subject is taught in many universities. Sanskrit mantra is recited in every religious poojas (important functions) by pandits I.e. from birth till death every occasion is incomplete without pooja. And Sanskrit is recited in all poojas. It is a part of Sanatan Tradition since ages.

What I like about this channel is its genuinty, esp in terms of reaction, opinion and most importantly picking up topics to discuss. Its not that kinda channels which go gaga over India related videos in order to increase the reach, like and subscriber base of their channel (which she can easily do considering there aren't much of Israeli KZbinrs reacting on Indian stuff). Instead she choose to genuinely involve into India. Remember the Koo App (the proposed Indian version of twitter back in 2018-2019). She is one of the early few person who made their account on KOO app. Its funny that an Israeli girl did so, when most of the big wig people of our own country didn't even knew what KOO is (or maybe they don't know yet). The topic she choose today too is a well thought out one. She is trying to connect dots between two of the ancient civilizations and what better way to so so by connecting their respective holy languages. She indeed is a proud Israeli, Jew and most importantly a human being who wants to learn (genuinely) about other Civilization.

I saw a random post of a pro Israeli KZbin channel (thank to my day and night searching for Israel related things 😅), where I first got to know about Elizer Ben-Yehuda. He literally was the Pioneer person who revived Hebrew language. He and his commitee memebers traced out the early deficiency of language by coining words and rules of grammer via linguistic roots of other semetic languages like Arabic and Aramic. He was those few prominent person who supported Theodore Herzl's Uganda Scheme proposal. And guess what, that proposal itself was the early Blueprint of creating a Jewish state in Africa/Middle east i.e in a way one can say Yehuda was one of the forefathers of Modern day state of Israel.
