Do you know if the audio you generate with Revoicer Standard can be used without incurring any additional licensing/royalty charges? I'm looking for text-to-speech system for creating audiobooks/youtube videos that I want to monetize. I've looked at other Natural Language solutions over the years and all seem to require very steep licensing costs that are prohibitive for my use case.

Revoicer standard doesn't have a commercial licence. Revoicer Pro does have a commercial licence. Revoicer standard cites using it for KZbin within example usecases. However, I suspect you'd want something a bit more iron clad than this?

So basically standard licence is a waste I suppose since basically you cannot use it in any project then.

Yes I checked this and they may have changed the pricing model. I'm sure that when I purchased the standard I was given a one time upgrade option.

Is the upgarde to pro a onetime thing? I can't find nothing in internet about the price for the upgrade to the pro version (from the standard lifetime licence)

There is a link on the software. I think it’s when you want to use a pro feature you get the option of buying pro. If you buy through that it’s a yearly charge. The one time offer is on the initial sale. It may help to note the link for the oto when you go through the sales funnel

Those voices sound extremely robotic to me. I agree with you. Revoicer Pro isn't worth it.
