Not official bank in the UK. Lots of accounts get closed and very little help available when contacted. Employees are also under huge stress and lots of corporate problems they are facing. DYOR.

@@greegp7400 all financial institutions have to have FCA approval in the UK. That doesn't mean banking license.

I’m not sure you understand, what a bank it. It’s an online bank similar to Monzo etc. Revolut is a global neobank and financial technology company based in London, UK. It offers banking services for retail customers and businesses. It was founded in 2015. It’s regulated by the FCA, just like any other bank or cooperation.

You can move straight to cold storage. There are limits but they're sensible /reasonable

any regulated exchange that can freeze your taxed hard earned cash that will be taxed at every tiny transaction, is a dangerous exchange that must be avoid if possible and interaction should be kept to a bare minimum

U in the uk? I’ve only the mobile app but up a bit a gonna get a MacBook Pro. The mobile is ok but I’m not gonna be a millionaire anytime soon… can u trade a lot more coins an meme coins etc on there? An u can move your crypto into your own wallet?

@@Ksidbeeudu Yep in UK mate. I'm a hodler / investor not a trader, and have been using the app to DCA, but have swapped some eth for sol no problem. Haven't tried the exchange yet. As mentioned have been sending to cold wallet for over a year.

Hi mike I tried to transfer my bitcoin from revolut to my trezor but revolut wont allow me as they said it was a suspicious transaction. How did they allow you to transfer it to your trezor?

@@setto9832 Same way as any other transaction. Enter amount and address of Trezor wallet then hit send. Speak to their support which I have found to be excellent.

I use Nexo for on/off ramp i send my crypto there sell it to gbp which is then available on my nexo debit card and i can spend it or withdraw it at atm's, never had an issue to date.

NEXO currently doesn't take any new UK customers. They didn't tell me when or if it's going to change. I tried to create an acct with them refused for being from the UK.

@@steveblobs4851 i'm in the UK i did kyc opened my acc years ago, had no issues using them, i have the debit card and i have sold and withdrawn cash to my UK bank and at atm's. Must be something new re UK residents. i did ask them and they say no new UK accs with no eta for when, they working with UK regulators atm.

There are limitations on the amount of money I can send from my bank account to Kraken or any other crypto exchange. I'm wondering if using Revolut X will be a way of circumventing this issue, as I would not be restricted in the amounts sent to Revolut.

Bitunix - Outside of FCA regulations. No KYC. Allows derivatives. Having to use a decentralised exchange for derivatives is incorrect. Why a whole video on Revolute? What on and off ramp problem? Again if you do some research there is no on and off ramp problem.
