I recommend the white cylinder grease from the target forge website, it really is the perfect grease for the application. If you are using your pump as I explained you will not need more grease for a pretty long time. DO NOT turn that grease knob more than once in six hours the first time, then every 12 hours after that. Only one turn each time.

Hi Bill. I just installed my flow light, and it turns on, but when i hooked it up to the tube on the bottom of the tank it doesn't illuminate inside the tank. What would cause that? I have a cs4 built on August 25, 2023, maybe a newer revision has a smaller port at the bottom of the tank. The light illuminates all the holes in the case but not the tank.

Thanks for your help Bill. I obviously added too much antifreeze, and the light could not shine through. I thinned out the antifreeze, and the light works like a champ :).

The thermal capacity of a cheap automotive heater core is way better and cheaper than the PC cooling hardware. At least that has been my observation. YMMV. Thanks for the comment!

The bigger question is what is the impact on cooling capacity. RV antifreeze is there to keep pipes from bursting, not moving heat from one place to another.
