I never thought about measuring at my belly button level. I've just been focusing on my wide hips and phatazz. This was very helpful thank you. I was considering knee pads, and homemade hip slider belt until summer ends. But I'll check out dirtbike attire options.

Great video. I measured myself using the manufacturer's size chart and ended up ordering a size large pair of Revit! riding pants. When they arrived, my thighs were too large. It's very frustrating when this happens. I wish all brands would include this measurement in their size charts. Can RevZilla staff help me with sizing?

Yeah my Coverts are also really baggy, also the armor pockets are useless being down by the shins. Plenty of complaints in reviews about that so their QC is bad.

Yeah I have to email because I need help. 35 is too tight, 36 is too loose but rips on a regular basic, measuring my stomach says 40 which sounds like it'll be much looser than 36 already is, it's just confusing.

So I have a question. On your site when looking at tires, at the top of the page there is a tire size tool but when you put in a size it doesnt show you tires in the size. You still have to click on the tire and put in the size to get the price. What's the deal with that?

Our tire finder is intended just to figure out what options you have for tires in a particular size, but there is no good way from a technical standpoint, to display just that size and price without you going to the product page because of how many different product options there are. In addition, the real secret talent of the tire finder is allowing you to add a second tire size and find only tires that have a matching set. Gone are the days of having to scroll through available sizes in one tire that fits the front but not the rear and vice versa! -DM

I seem to have wider than normal hips for a man. It's just annoying that going up sizes many manufacturers get longer quicker than they get wider. Would it be worth it to get XXXL short size, rather than XXL regular length? Is there a way to repair torn crotch material? Kind of a weird set of questions, but I want to make my budget work.

I just bought a pair of jeans this week. All of the measurement advice from the video is EXACTLY wrong.... for this particular jean, at least. HAHA! Super glad about RevZilla's great return policy, though. Hopefully, I'll get it right this next time. Once I get it right, I'l leave some feedback on the site to help others.
