Rewind: The late Treat Williams on Spielberg, Belushi, his career crash and more. (1995)

I had the pleasure of interviewing Treat Williams back in 1995 for the release of the film, "Things to Do in Denver When You're Dead." We talked about his time as an understudy for "Grease," working with Steven Spielberg and Jim Beluishi for "1941," the controversial "Prince of the City," why his career crashed for a time, and more. RIP Mr. Williams.

Oh my god, I'm watching this interview and I did not realize he just died. And in a motorcycle crash, wow. This is a beautiful interview with him ;for such a short interview with him, you really cram in a lot. I remember him in this movie. He is the only thing I remember about it, in fact. I remember it being a Tarantino rip-off, but loving seeing Treat Williams, and his line that would have been a classic had it been a better movie: "I am Godzilla, you are Japan!" I first saw him in "Hair". Motorcycles suck. Another one bites the dust. What a waste.
