20 years I changed my meditation practices and from just emptying my mind I used it to heal told a psychologist friend not sure of what I'm doing. Is it working am I on the right path so she went into her office library and brought out The Biology Of Believe and said read this well I never looked back as they say. On hearing about epigenetics made me reflect. I do have a notion about anatomy and physiology, so i decided to apply it to my severe stenosis. Doctors just told me that i would end up in a wheelchair. So as you say that epigenetics control our environment, but the fact that we have the power to change that hrough being aware. This is the education that humanity needs.

Last winter, at the end of a meditative breath practice. by calmly diving into an ice-cold pool. I would get more than 30 minutes of pain-free bliss. All out in the cold. In a desperate prayer of need of relief from a broken body without a candidacy of surgical repair. I remember driving in ,I don't remember swimming or getting out. I came to almost dry with snow on my feet. A brain scan showed infarct with blood product. Healing changes are occurring. Suffering, fear, guilt, shame, pride, etc. signals are diminished. I offered up my self 💜 Hey, at least I have compassion left.

P.s. Now, the only medication I take is warfarin. I still must meditate to not want pharmaceutical pain management ❤
