I have the Konsul also. I love it because it is an adjustable slant. When I travel, I take it because I can get a range of efficiencies depending on beard growth. I am glad to see that others have a similar finding.

Turns out I've watched most of this series! 😂 I've already watched this one but thought I'd comment. The ambassador and konsul are both on my wishlist. Might be a while before I bite the bullet, though 😅

Thanks for the review Tobin! I really like the look of these razors and have heard good things, except some folks struggle to load the blade because of the slant. I'm sure I'll Pony up for one at some point. Merry Christmas!

You bet thanks Jeff. The slant bar is like any other to me. The double slants are kinda tricky but with those once you do it a few times you get it figured out. I personally have no issues with loading them. Merry Christmas brother!

Regarding Razor Emporium you missed point out they sell Blems, Big Saving, seen a few. They are awesome deal. Sales lady at Razor Emporium had too point out the blemish. It was almost invisible to untrained eye. I am close to Razor Emporium it is short drive for me. It’s great business IMHO. Great Review Tobin.🥳

The Yaki Ultima Adustablle Slant is less than half the price. Rex are overpriced IMO.

I will never own a Yaqi or Pearl, for similar and different reasons. All Yaqi does is rip off other people's ideas and then make a cheaper product. You are right, they are controlled by the CCP.

Great Tobin! Definitely on my list of razors and it is a beauty combining a modern traditional look. Well when you work with your hands, that knurling doesn't't feel sharp, just a nice secure grip-haha! I might have to work some kind of trade deal to get into one, but I'm sure one will land into my hands at some point. I have a lot of patience-lol! Merry Christmas bro!

Thanks Ian, agreed. Sometimes I wonder how soft a guys hands are when they say these razors hamdles "cut" them. I usually use my wife as my guinea pig 😆😃 I would like to maybe eventually add the Sentry to the collection, just because I love slants and the looks of that razor. Great review Tobin I own this and love it. Yaqi makes a cheap knock-off but Id rather have the real thing and support an American company versus supporting Yaqi and the Chinese Communist Party. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
