RARE WW1 Mannlicher M1888/90 Bayonet and Scabbard Restoration. Perfect Restoration

In this video I showed the restoration of a very rusty WW1 bayonet and scabbard. This is a rare bayonet Mannlicher m1888/90. I found this bayonet in the forest with a metal detector. The blade was well preserved, but the handle and scabbard were very rusty. This bayonet lay underground for over 100 years. I decided to restore it. I removed the rust and made the handle and painted the scabbard. I hope you liked my restoration.

Amazing restoration, I took one look and thought it would be impossible as the whole thing would be pitted but amazed of the condition of the blade. The transformation was great and the detail of work you did was wonderful. That putty with aluminium paste is a new one for me, never seen that before tbh. 👍👍🍻
