RF Explorer: Why Install the Expansion Module? (020c)

In this video I explore three reasons to add the Expansion Module to your RF Explorer.
1. To Expand its Frequency Range
2. To Elliminate the 1.8 MHz Artifact above 240 MHz
3. To Heal the "Flat Line" phenomenon for High Resolution Mode with Resolutions of 2 KHz and better.
The third is a Firmware issue which the RF Explorer folks worked hard to diagnose. This will be fixed in a future firmware release.
I describe each of these and demonstrate them for you.

nice video, thanks. I've been testing this past week the extended range of 6GHz-7.5GHz available through the license, and it performs really well. I have been tinkering with python to extract the data and plot the 3d spectrogram, but am still on the works. but anyways, i just wanted to say, I really like the rfexplorer and your videos on it are quite informative!
