You guys have been asking for so long for a midget Chili Bowl video and finally I managed to get my Chili Bowl Challenge event off the ground. A huge thanks for everyone who turned out to make this video possible.
The Chili Bowl is a major annual event held at an indoor complex in Tulsa Oklahoma where literally hundreds of midgets compete to win one of the famous "Golden Driller" trophies. It's become a worldwide event and attracts drivers from far and wide who all come to the tiny temporary circuit looking to prove they are the best.
I love the concept and find these cars extremely fun to race on such a small track. The learning curve for the cars is steep and they are a handful to begin with, but once you find your feet, this becomes one of the best combinations to drive on rFactor.
A big thanks to Bailey Hall who ran the server, despite having a few issues on the night. Also a huge thanks to Sean Stanish who ended up being pivotal to getting the event to run well, despite only intending to be a driver. Thanks to the guys at SimPro for building the track. I hope that I can make the SimPro Nationals at the Chili Bowl next January. Lastly thanks to all you guys who watch the videos, that is what enables me to be able to do this channel and make videos like this one.
I hope you guys enjoyed the video, give it a thumbs up if you did. Follow me on Twitter (@hobbo88) for all the latest, and as always, subscribe to my channel if you haven't already.
