This handheld goes by multiple names so do not be confused. It's the Anbernic RG35XX 2024 AKA Anbernic RG35XX V2.
Also I know some people would argue it doesn't have wifi or bluetooth but let's be honest none of that is being used properly by Anbernic. None of the Plus or H models get over the air updates or scraping or any really useful wifi features so what's the point of having wifi if basically does nothing worthwhile? That's my take.

Love your tutorials and reviews! I know a lot of reviewers hate on this model, but if you don't already have the Plus or OG rg35xx, this is a great option. I was looking for a beater device because i love my rg35xxh too much to take it on climbing trips. Saw this for 32 dollars on aliexpress couple of days ago, with free shipping. At that price it was a no brainer. Beer money well spent!

great video, javi. miyoo mini+ is still the king of this segment, but on a sale, this wouldn't be a bad gift idea for someone getting started or just wants something that works decently out of the box.

At the beginning of the year I got my plus for 55$ and that was the average price of it for a while as I was monitoring it for a bit, did they now raise the price of it by introducing this model? Seems they didn't include the improvements on dpad and shoulder buttons of the plus model but they went for the OG ones. The battery of the plus would have also been a great addition, as well as the easier access to it.

Hi, i have a question about the arbenic rg35xx plus my question do you need to download super mario bros and mario kart or are the games already on it? And do you need a SD card?

Mario games are not on the device but you can add them yourself. Youll need a micro sd card reader and a pc. Find the game online and transfer it onto your sd card

It's still 14+ dollars cheaper than the plus and 18+ dollars cheaper than the H. It's a more affordable alternative if you dont care for wifi and bluetooth.

I don't get it either. This is like a plus but worse. Whole benefit of the 35xx over the plus was GarlicOs but they ruined that with this new chipset. So why get this over the plus or even the old 35XX Model that does have support for GarlicOs?

@@JaviPlayRetro what am I repeating, man? 😃 Why buy rg35xx, when for few more bucks you can get rg35xx plus, which has wifi and Bluetooth, so you wont suffer with scraper, will play multiplayer, and connect controllers. Just why? Yes it costs less, but, how much less?

@audiotsignebi $14 To be exact. Some people dont care for wifi. Anbernic doesn't even use it right. There no over the air updates on stock or scraping. Alot of people aren't going to ever install CFW. So wifi for what? Retro Achievements? Moonlight streaming? Its irrelevant. I will say of course pick up the plus if you can get it on sale but this will always be a cheaper option for those who dont care for those features. Its far from a purposeless device.
