2014 JKUR. I installed a full set today, including the evap canister skid. I have exhaust spacers so needed to use the spacer included in the kit to run over the cross member. Installation was really easy. (Im not a mechanic or anything.) It all lined up perfectly. Until you actually see or feel one of these sliders you can't get an appreciation of how heavy duty they are. It made my stock gas tank skid look comical. If you play on rocks this is an investment you HAVE to make. Install time was a little over 2 hours. That was going slow and watching this video as I went.

Nice video!! Personally would have pitched your EVAP can relocation bracket as an alternative to the skid. Better option overall.

I didn't see the part where you tighten the bolts at the engine mounts. Do you tighten these fully before or after the skid is fully in place? I ask because the area where these bolts are is really tricky/awkward to get the wrenches and your arms/hands into. Do you have advice on how to get the engine mount bolts properly tightened? How do you guys do it? Thanks.

When drilling the holes how much of a risk is there in puncturing the gas tank?

+Wil Genovese ZERO RISK if you take your time. If you rush, use too long of a drill bit, or aren't paying attention to what you are doing, you might pop a hole in it.

If you wanted access to your transfer case, simply remove the 6 bolts that hold our skid plate on.
