There is not such thing as "disc dislocation". Only the joint can 'dislocate' . The academically sound descriptor is "disc displacement", which is a very different thing and entirely separate of the pathology of joint dislocation. It's important in medicine not to conflate concepts just because the words sound similar.

Science: 95% of all pain fibers of the msk are in ligaments and tendons. With just this basic layperson piece of information, one can determine what to address. But with one additional piece of information that these are the tissues that hold the joint in its proper space at all times, one can proceed more accurately to resolution of joint issues than nearly all physicians.

What works for me is reading the Bible and The Spiritual Man, white cover, 700 pages, by Watchman Nee on the dividing of spirit, soul and body. I find that getting deep into TSM and the word of God the Bible, focused on Heb. 4.12 is the answer. The spirit's peace of my intuitive spirit, conscience and communion with God is what the dividing is all about to know to walk by the spirit and not your outerman. "The word of God is quick and powerful, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and joints (movement) and marrow (sensation, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intent of the heart."
