Thanks, virtuoso guys, for letting us share your joy in great luthiers’ art. Especially the end, with the acoustic guitar you all loved. Me, too - We used to call them Hummingbirds. People like you (and Renaissance composers long before us), are why I “graduated” to the guitar, when time constraints made me put aside my fiddle, for lack of practice. At 73, my fingers are now too stiff to perform, but I still keep my old Silvertone in tune, and occasionally pull it out for a few chords, riffs, and memories. You say that like the opportunity has passed you. Start tomorrow. Sure, you're going to get discouraged at times, but anything worth doing makes us a bit nauseous at times. Every day I dig for the courage to carry forward against the punishing gravity of hopes and dreams versus reality. By the way, I have been playing guitar for going on 40 years. Even if you were an accomplished musician, you still wouldn't be satisfied. Humans aren't hardwired for satisfaction. Now where was I? Oh yeah, pancakes... maybe a quiche.

If a 10 year old can master in 5 years you can do it after 30 or 40 . Just devote yourself to the instrument.

And what is mind boggling is that he can play any genre of music with so much virtuosity. You can check in instagram and have your mind blown. To me this guy is right there along with Guthrie Govan.

I find it amazing that the guitar itself doesn't lose the intonation while being used with the "B bender". So cool to see on an acoustic.

i have played for me , here and there for 30 years. I am not worthy to tech or tune for anyone that appeared in this video , but i know this, that dove acoustic with the mods and the guy playing Zeppelin is a guitar moment i will never forget , right up their with hearing Randy Roads for the first time or Chet and the first time i understood the implications of the blues pentatonic scale ....very well done sir thank you , i wont forget that dove + Zeppelin , lol i will most likely go through a positive type of P.T.S.D for a bit of being almost asleep and then the way he played that acoustic Zeppelin will be on repeat in my brain ....i am humbled ....chop wood carry water

I can close my eyes it's not so much the song...no matter what genre it's the complete sound of the guitar! Something about that sound. For all the reason your playing and searching for the one. I close my eyes and it brings me back to family jams in the large kitchen built for however many could pack in. Summer nights, smell of fresh cut grass. We chased fire Flys being serenaded by the sound of less Paul, Gibson. Thank you for bringing me along. Best gift ever!!! 😊 ❤

I'm still gathering my jaw off of the floor. The work on the SG, and then just into outer space on that acoustic B bender. The man can jam! Some people get put off by great players... it's one in the morning and I want to wake the neighbours up!! That was super inspiring.

Those people that don't like to hear the words , guy was a great guitar player.or girl, are those freaking jealous types I've dealt with my whole life and all i eevt wanted to do was my best and inspire someone else maybe and if I noticed someone on the same level talent wise as myself I would get real pleased because I knew that I could finally challenge myself to the fullest and see just how good I actually was. Loved it and had nothing but respect and love for other "naturals"

I'm serious to listen how you guys just played impromptu, I could only imagine what you could do rehearsing. You have the ability to bring the people back to there inner soul away from this madness!

It came to mind, if you like unusual stuff, in the music field Hazmat Mohdene fits the bill, Some fantastic harmonica playing on one of his CD's. Unfortunately can't remember the title of the disc, I do remember it was track 9, solo harmonica. Never heard anythig like it before. If I can find the disc, I will get back to you with the title. Peace.

I think that this, one specific and magnificent art, is one of the the greatest things that makes us worthwhile as beings. I've seen film, paint, sculpture, music, and dialogue that is like watching the Sistine Chapel built. Hopefully, we all get to live long enough to appreciate it all
