I didn't want to take medicine that I didn't know so I went for the moringa. The next day I totally forgot I got hurt. I slept like a baby and zero pain! The real "fresh " stuff is beyond amazing. The study you are refering was using EPA. The body doesn't need EPA and we should think of it as a drug, the same as statins. Melatonin has an inverse dose/sedation curve. It's actually more sedating at lower doses. It certainly is not any more sedating when you go above 5 mg. 20 mg is commonly used with breast cancer for its potent anti-inflammatory properties. So 10 to 20 mg is not sedating. I can take 20 mg in the evening and it doesn't make me sleepy at all. I do recommend taking Melatonin in the evening though because that's when your body is making it

I mean ag1 uses a proprietary blend so I wouldn’t trust it at all. Man, if you want a real multivitamin eat a small amount of beef liver (~0.5-1 ounce), some eggs (the yolks) and that will cover things like your b vitamins and minerals in a very bioavailable form. Instead of supplements I’d rather snack on almonds, walnuts, Brazil nuts, olives, dark chocolate, berries etc. electrolytes you can get from chickpeas, lentils, etc. the only supplement I am personally convinced is necessary is omega-3s since pollution makes it unreasonable to consume a lot of fish. Just eat a small amount of a variety of broccoli, Brussels sprouts, kale etc and vary it up from time to time. It’s so unnecessary to be supplementing with electrolytes minerals etc…. Only supplements I take outside of that are for performance enhancement, creatine etc.
