Doing a little bit of everything is a sign you don't know what you're doing and are all over the place. There is a right way to do something. Figure that out and do it consistently.

NOT TRUE!. Take melatonin for over 15 years 1 mg at night and I sometimes take 2 mg and when I don’t forget when I forget taking it, I still sleep like a baby… So I don’t think it affects anything. This is a myth. It does not reduce your own melatonin.

It looks to me like we are basically replicating the day to day life of a hunter-gatherer. Moving at a slower pace for longer periods and then needing speed work. As humans have been doing that for a lot longer than they have been sedentary, then our bodies and mind are tuned to react to that.

@nomandad20007 сағат бұрын
So now it’s come out that Fish Oil can cause A Fib. That’s why I’m so hesitant to trust these people. It’s unacceptable that I am told to take some supplement and then all the sudden, 6 months later it is dangerous and can kill you. I feel like I’m being grifted and killed at the same time…These people need to do better.

Ive eaten eggs every day for over 10 years, I look younger than other people. It was THE ONLY food I could eat when my IBS and auto-immune disease was at its worst. Egg's are probably thee most healthy food you could consistently eat every single day. I can't think of a better food that covers almost all your nutrition needs.

Number one I can't do it. Number two, I don't believe it anyway. A regular program of a variety of exercise involving elongating and contracting muscles and moderate walking at a smart pace is the most doable and likely to be repeated program for the 'average' person. Do what you want, to a mild fatigue is best..

Creatine supplementation can sometimes lead to elevated levels of creatinine in the blood, which is a metabolite of creatine. This elevation in creatinine levels might be misinterpreted as kidney dysfunction or impairment, leading to a false alarm. However, it's important to note that this elevation is typically harmless and is a known effect of creatine supplementation. Therefore, if a blood test shows elevated creatinine levels in someone taking creatine supplements, it may not necessarily indicate a problem with kidney function.

all these so called experts do is read off studies performed at other places. THATS IT. Nevermind alot of studies are bad or are financed by food companies. And they all coincidentally never live past 90. Grain of salt. OH BOY I CAN READ TOO I GUESS IM QUALIFIED TO READ OTHER RESEARCHERS REPORTS. Notice that none of this information works if it is not provider by her. SHE is the gatekeeper to OTHER PEOPLES RESEARCH... only by a qualified nutritionist can these things help you. If you learn of this stuff outside of a professional..you might die. Pay your nutritionist otherwise vitamins dont work. Same thing with Gender. without a 4 year degree in it you cant honestly know what to do or what your gender is . Better ask a expert...so they can cite someones elses studies and proclaim themselves a expert. These are the bureaucrats of the health industry. Expensive and provide very little. in fact they are often wasted money. Dont drink milk because its bad for this week but not next month, next month it will be ok again. All findings are subject to change ( corp. funding) .

I would be interested in the aspect of "effective eating" on everything being spoken on. What we eat & don't eat is a major factor on the overall condition of our bodies.
