I always find it inspiring to see what experts like Rhonda Patrick use in their own routines. Keeping things simple with a steak and eggs diet has worked for me, but adding some targeted supplements made a huge difference. I found great recommendations in a book called Secret Supplements that turn you into a Superhuman. One that’s been especially effective for my energy and focus is magnesium-it’s become an essential part of my daily routine.

Interesting discussion here. Blue print protocol has cocoavia as one supplement. It is in the website currently. Cocoavia was tested by ConsumerLab and was approved. So, I think this supplement a good option. Note: I am not an employee in Cocovia or ConsumerLab.

This is great information. Wondering if the time of day matters for some of the supplements? For example, does the time for creatine matter? I currently put it in my workout bottle for the morning workout, but I've also heard doing it at night might help with sleep. Does anyone have data/opinions?

When I was researching the best company for green foods (specifically young barley and chlorella) in Europe is a Czech company called Green Ways. How on earth do you know what actually works 😂 I use Cronometer to hit the micro nutrients and minerals and hardly need to back fill with supplement bar vit d in winter. I do use a protein shake on exercise days 6 out of 7 and a supermarket electrolyte that costs pennies on long run days. Eat kale, spinach, salad, berries, avocados, sweet potato, whole oats, dark chocolate, coffee , oily fish and you don’t need any of this.

Hey Rhonda Re: Heat. If I understand correctly, I can generate enough heat in a hot bath (105 for 20 minutes) to generate the desired effect that a sauna produces. I may have missed it somewhere, but is a cold shower right after required? Or not recommended? Also how many days a week? Also, I saw one comment that says their sleeplessness (for me waking up at 3:00 am and not getting back to sleep) (I tried a behavior approach unsuccessfully) is improved. Thoughts? Since I don't have
