Hallo Lothar, bin gerade dabei, mich in alte Beat Club Sendungen hineinzuhören. Die Folgen der Jahre 1969 bis 1972 sind der Hammer. Bin da auch auf Steamhammer gestoßen. Spiele auch ein wenig Gitarre auf fortgeschrittenem Anfängerniveau und will mir daher dein gelungenes Tutorial vornehmen. Mit den Noten tue ich mir recht schwer, kann aber die von dir angeschlagenen Saiten erkennen. Rock'n'Rollige Grüße aus Hessen!

Das war, glaube ich, der einzige größerer Hit von Steamhammer. Ein schönes Riff, und klar geht das auch ohne Noten. Viel Spaß und viel Erfolg damit!

"Breadfan" von Budgie besteht auch aus so einem ähnlichen Riff. Solche Riffs sind für mich sehr motivierend, aber rhythmisch eine kleine Herausforderung.

I first heard it by Status Quo back in the mid70's as a young boy getting into rock and blues, and loved it , I never knew back then it was a cover I found out later that it was a Steamhammer song to be honest coming from Ireland back then I had never heard of steamhammer, I began playing nearly 30 years ago and have always wanted to learn this great song, thankyou once again sir
