Ribollita Soup - The Italian Hearty Bread Soup That'll Keep You Warm In Winter

That's GORGEOUS soup. Creamy texture with puree beans is really cool, I loved it so much. Absolutely delicious! Amazing that this dish is only seasoned with salt and pepper, incredible flavors. I had to substitute kale with turnip greens frz and parsley frz, also omitted the celery that weren't available locally. Made your French apple cake for dessert. Yummy food. Thank you.
