In this breakfast recipe of preparing Rice Noodles, Boiled Rice is soaked over night. Next day the rice is blended and made a fine paste out of it. The batter is then semi cooked until it becomes thick so that rice balls can be prepared out of it. Once the rice balls are prepared it has been to steamed for about 45 mins. Fully cooked rice balls are then pressed in the Shavige machine to get a nice long noodles. Rice Noodles are best served with Chutney or Chicken Masala.
