My grandfather had something like your sled. It was a sled that had wheels attached, but I can't remember the details. I do not know if this was available commerciialy available - but guess it was his invention.

Hi yea my Dad had a sled with wheels on the rear ,strap steel as a wear plate for the sled part ,can't remember the finer details as I was bout 6yrs when last saw it ,moved farms ,it was quite high thinking 300 millimeter or 1 foot high at least ,I think he used it for feeding hay with his horses, 4 foot wide 6 ,8 foot long I'm guessing, steel wheel at rear
