I have eczema and it has gotten much better after finding out I'm lactose intolerant and cut out diary, and lessen on coffee (1 cup/day). You can use plant-based milk for your coffee. Oatly is wonderful

I think this really show the difference between them. Nigel used to only focus on something happy(e.g. women, luxuries, cars) while Evelyn used to only focus on something depressing or causing outrage(e.g. social issues, trauma). The former cannot be truly satisfied as desire is a bottomless hole so what he pursues will be more and more unreachable. After thousands of attempts, he feels these things cannot satisfy him anymore. He feels empty because of avoiding negativity. On the contrary, Evelyn has dived too deep in woe and trauma. She understands too much about sadness unlike Nigel. After attempts to fight against negativity, she eventually realized "bad things" may not be bad. It is just another way for things to exist in the world. Her heart become greater to hold more than solely positivity, which is why she is brave enough to accept bad things in her life. She becomes airy and feels satisfied for many things since she accepted more things in her life now. She will be happier than Nigel eventually because she has accepted more than pain whereas Nigel has only accepted joy in his life. (Her positivity is not the "Do everything you want" "You are the best" or "veganism" "going green" kinds of positivity but only accept more than "good" (To accept "bad")) That's why the mindset of old Nigel to "think less, be dumb, play more" is eventually a failure because he never accepted a whole part of the world(the bad side) and never feel happy for many things in life. Once sth goes wrong, he feels sad while everything will perish at a certain point. In a nutshell, I genuinely admire the life and mindset of Evelyn. She was utterly painful but eventually, now she has understood more about the world and feel happier with things. This is actually the 道家 philosophy ☯️ in the Chinese culture, which is the only goal in my life. (I believe Nigel should have read something pertinent to this as a Chinese students in Malaysia.) I genuinely hope both Nigel and Evelyn can be happier as they have realized and talked about this. 🔥🔥🔥☯️☯️☯️🔥🔥🔥

I live in a big house with my parents. B'cause the kitchen are far from my room. I bought this small fridge (really small fridge just to make drinks cold, sometimes put snack inside 😁). Also, i make a small portion of my own room into really2 small pantry to keep snacks, instant noodles (almost exactly the same way setup in a hotel where they got this small pantry in ur room) So mine, i got this portable multi use pot, to make tea, coffee, milo 😋😁😁 Just telling, maybe u guys can change like mine depending on ur room sizes🤓

You could keep a fridge in another room only problem with that is you have keep that stock up! So wanna carry them bottles up them stairs and then carry down the empty bottles back down again! Or just get a water bottle to fill up that keep things hot and cold! With eczema it worse thing for it is steroids cream only good for flare up but keep using it do make your skin thin, makes more problems just need find the right cream that works and you like on your skin! I use aveeono is expensive in long run but works well on eczema! There is so many different types of aveeono cream but so good on the skin! Evelyn I sure you having bigger calf isn't just Asian people I sure you! Look at Michael Mclntyre! But your calf isn't that big! A good size, I promise you I know, my own is bigger! Lol. Evelyn also well done getting your weight down, I know hard I been trying to lose weight I know it hard, but each week you can see it! If you do not believe it, that understandable too, but you good thing going on to see, if you look back on your video even here on the podcast you can see how much you have changed you could put them together in one video and see the change as you grow in one video. So own it and feel proud 👏
