Before we flock to eat, be aware. Food isn't the way it was years before. Service is non-existence. Now I understand their difficulties, everything using menial skills should be more pricey. That's the way it is. Since it is more expensive, turnover of products is slow, and crispy skins will wilt. It is a vicious circle that the owners have not and cannot solved. If you are just ordering a plate with rice, don't expect much. You might be able to appreciate their skills better if you order larger portions, say a piglet or half to share, and pre-order your time of arrival or pick-up. This shop is probably operating in another time frame of history. The skill is there. The quality is there. Yet chances are, they will not stand the test of time. Do try it once before it disappears, but with an open-mind.
