@@VanlifeSurvivalist he's got nothing to prove. He beat Matt more than once at the games. Rich's priorities are different now. For him God has always been first, family is now second, but he loves the training and sport so much he stays team because he doesn't know how to not compete daily. I dont think he will ever go individual again, no need.
@VanlifeSurvivalist5 жыл бұрын
@@matthewfrancis9237 I know all about him, however he obviously still trains enough to compete individually. To say he has nothing to prove is ridiculous, a person that has a competitive nature like Rich will always want to prove he is the best.

I’m trying to really get into CrossFit. Been doing it for a few months now and i like it a lot. But I can’t seem to do any movements where you get under the weight really low and do those front squats. It always feels like I’m gonna blow my left knee out. I’ve had to resort to doing other exercises for legs like sled pushing. Any tips on how to do it properly?
@oliverashford17964 жыл бұрын
Jake Stewart one thing you can do is build more muscle at the legs. I Practice at home everyday doing squats, In fact I made up my own rule. I had to do 100 squats before every meal or snack I had. And since I did that everyday my CrossFit teacher is really surprised how much I’ve improved. But he always says “don’t push yourself too far because your only 13” it’s funny. Anyway I hope you find helpful even though you asked the question about 5 months ago. 😂

I was wondering that too. In my non-professional opinion, it appears to me that there are changes happening to the Freedom team to replace Kristen Miller. A few things I've noticed: 1) Kristen is amazing, but her performance at WZA definitely held them back, 2) Haley Adams announced at the SiD comp. that she's going to be traveling with and an be alternate for the Freedom team, 3) a recent training video had Elly and Kristen swapping out positions during the team practice while Dre, Rich, and Tasia stayed put. Slight possibility that Chyna may be an option for Kristen's spot???
