I have been watching Rich's videos for many years, and I still watch them now. I plan to continue watching them, even though he has passed away. Rest in peace.

You might be 46 in age but in reality you're 92 because you accelerate your body twice as fast compared to a normal man. RIP BRA

Rich should have stopped taking drugs when he stopped competing.... people would still have liked him because he seemed ike a really good person who truly cared about others... RIP Rich. ...

Training natty isn’t as fun as training with gear man. I started sarms at 17. Now I’m into the real gear and I can’t go back to being natural. It’s addicting. I don’t advise it to anyone

@@YllaStar95970 true brotha! I’m 18 now. And finishing my last vials of test and then I’m hopping off. Not the lifestyle I want to live tbh. I was this hardcore bodybuilder back then at 17 now I’m more into that athletic, Hollywood physique.

You can actually exercise yourself to death like anything else. Everything in moderation. Also when you gain too much weight it puts a strain on your body. Muscle weighs more than fat. I think he hit over 300 pounds of muscle. Just like an obese person that is way overweight. Heart can't handle the blood flow so over time it gets enlarged.
