People have been eating this way since the beginning of time! But yes, Rich is awesome. Eating plants is all about twisting the inversion. It's like earth realm 2020 jiu-jitsu! To break free from flesh and lactation nation!

Hey all - thanks for all the recent comments on this video. TRUE: my nutrition program & protocols have evolved considerably since this video, which was shot almost 5 years ago. I continue to learn, improve, hone, refine, change & evolve. I could take this video down, but I still find it fun and somewhat informative - just not gospel. Take it for what it is:)

Rich Roll I thought this video was very informative. What are you doing differently now with your nutrition? I am 57 years old just started training for triathlons I am an ex-college swimmer and I just became vegan. I am using your videos for inspiration and perseverance.

Having come to veganism as a result of a 312 total cholesterol level, I’ve been eschewing ALL oils and products made from them, decreased avocado intake and try to keep my nut intake, which is nearly the only fats I get, to a dull roar. I also cut out bleached flour, white sugar and, as I said, all oil. Haven’t lost a single lb in 7 weeks but I no longer feel like an elephant is sitting on my chest, my fatty liver has completely cleared up and I have more “clean” (non-caffeinated or drug induced) energy. Would you agree with this protocol, even if it isn’t causing weight loss?

I love your share and the information. I read that you've modified your habits since this video, I really hope that that might mean less plastic too. Nearly everything you bought you can get without the plastic. We really need to shift the marketplace to more eco friendly packaging. Thank you

So total for the weeks food/suppliments is how much money? I'm asking because I only know of 2 real, true vegans, and both of them are quite wealthy. Nobody else I know can afford to eat that picky. I'd love to get a real, accurate cost of something like this because as much as I'd like to save the whales and free mumbai, I don't want to go broke and spend 3 hours a day trying to figure out how to get enough protein into my body.

What's wrong with Soy, Rich?
@lukasschuko4912
@lukasschuko4912 5 жыл бұрын
Hey hope it is okay that i answer. There is no research that suggets soy products like tofu, tempeh, soy beans, soy milk... have bad effects on the human Body. I think because this video is 9 years ago it was probably not as clear as it is today. And i believe Rich also said that a couple of times that he learns all the time and adapts. Hope that helps :)
