***RICHARD "DIMPLES" FIELDS TRIVIA TIME!!*** .....don't EVER stop......talking about DIMPLES! (4:51) ...... - ....Oh, this One will be FUN! ...Richard "Dimples" Fields was VERY hard to categorize; he 'talk-singed' a LOT, but gave such funny, worldly advice that it became his BRAND, and was placed more in the "Auntie Talk" R&B category, with Millie Jackson, Betty Wright, Shirley Brown, & others who "...tell it like it IS..." ..... - ...Richard was around in the 70's, but Thanks to Ray Parker Jr.'s 80's breakthrough, Richard BLEW UP, and his 2 Albums, "Mr. Look So Good" & "Dimples" were BIG sellers......He had a TREMENDOUS #1 R&B hit with 1982's "If It Ain't One Thing It's Another", and followed it up with this Jan. 1983 Album & tune............... - ...which, BOMBED! .....Once AGAIN, changing sounds, and Electro-Funk were becoming popular, and People wanted to hear SINGING, not 'Talk-Singing', and Richard started to lose popularity.....He died in 2000 (no Wife or Kids), but he remains an unsung R&B Artist....... - ...P.S., this CD (which I HAD), goes for a LOT of moolah, possibly up to $100-150! ...DAMN! ...ha-HAA!

WOW! This is just a funny as the song 😂RBS I'm detecting some shady shade shade. So this was a flop...I didn;t know there was an auntie category...but makes sense and I makes sense Richard was lumped in with the queens
