As a huge fan of both artists Richard for me is better but being a musician I’m biased I guess. Morrissey writes great lyrics and vocal Melodie’s but he does not play any instruments.

its thanks to the banksy documentary that i got to hear about this fantastic artist have since brought all his cds, the guy is so talented a mixture of so many different styles . a true musician not sure if he writes all his own material but the mans a genius deserves more recognition but probably wont get it ,but im sure he is happy to be where he is ,hope he carries on making great music cant wait for a tour

Just heard this on Dermot O'leary's show for the first time... and it totally blew me away. I had to download the BBC Sounds app so I could hear Dermot say who the artist was as I didn't catch the name the first time. It immediately creates a joyous but melancholy feel of emotions with those soring strings repeating the refrain all the way through the song. Definitely one for my collection 😍

Beautiful, magical song. He's produced so much good work but this is the one I keep coming back to. To create something like this you have to be not only a great songwriter and musician, you also need real joy in your soul.
