Nice review. I ordered the blue no date model about a month ago, and I think it's a fantastic watch. Its the dressiest diver in my collection, and I've been wearing it nearly every day since I got it. A very nice surprise is how the entire bezel glows all night. Not just the numbers, but the entire bezel glows. I asked Richard LeGrand how they did that, and they said the sapphire bezel disperses the lume to create a glowing bezel. Its beautiful!

Steve Townsend Thanks Steve. It most definitely is a dressy diver with the sunburst and sapphire bezel, I noticed that as well how the lume sort of fills the bezel its pretty sweet. Glad you are enjoying yours!

Beautiful watch, the case back is done very well, I’ve seen some videos and they state the bezel is sapphire? Also some had issues sizing the bracelet, did you encounter any problems with the bracelet? I saw a video where the milled clasp was brushed and I’m sure it was the second version of the watch. I prefer it to be brushed, IMO it looks better and matches the brushing on the rest of the bracelet. Nice review too.

Thanks man, yeah the besel has a sapphire insert, no problems sizing the bracelet...simple push pins., mine came polished - first generation was brushed

RL is a super cool watch and def great for the money but it doesnt come close to Tissot. So if those are your two choices, get the Tissot.
