At young age i learned this about drinking alcohol.... Make sure you drink a glass of water once in a while drinking, get something to eat ...keep on drinking and have fun. You make sure the last thing before going to sleep... another glass of water...and the first thing when you wakes up ... You guessed it .... WATER. I'm never sick or hung over...and on top of that...i behave well being intoxicated. So drink water, make sure u eat some food, u'll never get sick again.

Also, next to water the best thing to make sure you're not hung over is taking B complex vitamins before going to bed. Half of a hangover is vit B/niacin deficiency. For eg if you look on those pre drunk hangover cures(that usually do work well)you can get at GNC are mostly B vitamins/niacin. Back when I drank I used to have B complex liquid you put under your tongue and every time I used it I didn't get a lick of a hangover. And I get historically badly hung over when I drink. I'm known for my 3 day "Irish flu" back in the day. Until I started with the vitamins. It's no old wives tale shit either, trust me it really works.

Richard Pryor be the greatest stand up comedian ever liveth. But in his twilight years, things didn’t go exactly according to plans. Don’t know which was worse; the boring routine of trying to still be funny or the disrespect he got for trying to stand up for himself and get back on his feet after the numerous hair-raising escapades and fiascos that were out in the public domain.
