When I visited Trinidad with my best friend last summer, under "Reason For Visit", I put "Bake and Shark". I went to Richard's. It was amazing. Ali's doubles also ruled.

I curse the day i saw this show on tv!!!LOL I live in macon, ga, am pregnant and have been craving one of those sandwiches ever since i saw this episode!! my hubby surely won't fly me there just for a sandwich, but they look so good (keep in mind never had one just saw it on tv, and I'm in love). Loved the segment but one important culinary correction Chadon Beni the same Herb not same flavor as Cilantro (at all) Is is also called "Culantro" 😂 to confuse the tourists further (I jest, but it IS also called Culantro in Central and South America)

Coriander and chadon beni are totally different plants. I like them both but the latter is so much more distinct in flavour and aroma to me you know that shit is being stepped on from a mile away

@thedancegroupstudio1 You don't have to go all the way to Maracas to get one, If you are in San Fernando, right on Cross Crossing intersection, they sell shark and bake there every morning for about half what Richard charges.

@cowZ001 Actually it is a cilantro. It is a different kind of Cilantro. It is also called Mexican Cilantro/Coriander (Venezuela), Ngo Gai (Vietnam, asia), Bhandhanya (India-HIndi), Recao (Puerto Rico), Sachaculantro (Peru). :)

Although I lovvveee me some Bake and Shark...Richard's was good but is not the best....The shark wasnt seasoned with anything! I had Uncle Sams and it was sooo much better! Dont always follow the long line.
