You make it all look so easy; a lot of percussing, some editing and done! Nice work Richard.

Many thanks! getting it back to as close to how it left the factory is always easier than layering new bodges over the top of old bodges

Richard....you seem to be a magnet for haunted vogue SE's....

This model looks just like my 1990 Classic Vogue 3.9 V8 auto except mine was in good order. Mine just needed some mechanical repairs and a new rear upper tailgate. Great to drive. At 18mpg to much to run today. Now subscribed to relieve those past memories.

Thanks for following. Be nice to get some of these driving again so I can enjoy the driving experience again. I miss driving mine.

Great video. Great to see how the sills come out and put back in. I'm at this stage with my own. Oh boy am I in at the deep end.

Sod working outside in that miserable weather. Another fine repair on the sills. It still amazes me some of the places that rust out on Range Rovers,seat mountings,what ever next.

Richard please please please convince your client to NOT remove the AC system but to actually spend the money and get it working! It came with it and just recommission it and get it working and you’ll thank yourself! They can be hot stuffy cars without AC and they actually have good AC systems.

I would have thought removing even a single part, which commonly and expensively fails, would be a very good idea, if you have such an unreliable vehicle?
@trainman6652 жыл бұрын
@@chrisstevens8431 They aren’t unreliable if maintained properly.
@chrisstevens84312 жыл бұрын
@@trainman665 Lol............to properly maintain an 89, would be so costly, it's not something that would ever be viable economically. Add very bad corrosion to mechanical issues, and you have something which is not all that attractive!
@trainman6652 жыл бұрын
@@chrisstevens8431 No more costly than any other equivalent vehicle from the same time period.

@@trainman665 They dont corrode terribly, no nightmare electrical systems, rubbish suspension parts, and unreliable engines and transmissions? Things like Range Rovers, are why we dont have a British motor industry now!

Glass fibre is a great material. :D Do you have the measurements for the B and C pillars. Mine were completely separated at the bottom, so i need to know the distance from B to B and C to C, if you get what i mean.
