We are so fortunate that someone saw fit to tell the stories of these brave men. And equally fortunate that the stories were told when so many of them where still alive. I am in awe of these men.

My uncle was on this ship.... The Sea Horse was scraped in Portland Oregon, my uncle was given the ship's plaque before it was scraped

The Pastor of my Church said his father was a submariner on the Sea Horse and I can confirm that I've seen pictures of it in his office. He said the skipper of the Sea Horse was a Christian and did a great deal of praying.

I remember reading somewhere bout Sub squadron Commander, Said the only thing that bothered him was the yard coming in plaining bout the Sub crews not marking down where they took stuff to do repairs from. His remark why dont you go out with them.

Can't handle ham.acting. I know in these you'll get Bohy ir Tracy, but... Great adventure though. Great operation.. My best friend was a sub sailor, as for me, a tin-can sailor.
