Me parece que la información está bastante errada , ponen a Octavio Romero en PDVSA ,él es director de PEMEX, también en los lugares 41 y 42 ponen a un tal Albert Monaco pero las personas son distintas, yo creo que su información no es creíble

многие кроме добычи нефти занимаются переработкой , сервисным обслуживанием других компаний из стран, где таких технологий нет и т.д. В Венесуэлле огромное количество нефти, но из-за ухода западных компаний добыча там упала в 7 раз. своих технологий нет.
