New Rick And Morty Reaction - All I'm going to say is that I LOVE those little moments when RICK shows that he's a caring human being and also capable of doing enormous sacrifices for his family cough Morty *cough*. Honestly, after learning what wubba lubba dub dub means and watching this episode, I feel like the writers are slowly giving more depth to this character and listen, I KNOW it's not that deep haha, but I just thought I would share how cool I think that is and maybe I'm naive but I hope HE LOWERS HIS WALLS MORE as the show progresses.

Listen I had to FIGHT a lot of demons in order to record this video (you'll know what I'm talking about once you've watched it lol). So I sincerely hope you guys can forgive me for SO MANY TECHNICAL ISSUES. Also, I'd like to ask you to serve me some tea lmao. Reactors tend to just explode unto the scene sometimes after months or years of being inexplicably unnoticed. @@amandamiquilena Nope! The one that went to arrest Rick wanted revenge for getting beat up, so he called in a friend to help beat up Rick. Unfortunately, he mistook Einstein for Rick, and they beat up Einstein telling him not to f up time, so he decided to f up time and came up with relativity, which quite elegantly destroys any idea of time making sense over any scale that isn't just Earth (Even GPS depends on correcting for relativity to get precise enough time to get an accurate fix on your location...)

I wouldn’t say Beth is passionate about her job, just that she has a massive need for validation from her absentee father, so the slightest suggestion that she’s incapable of doing something will make her stubbornly determined to succeed by any means necessary. I will say, to her credit, the only person she feels like she actually needs to prove she can save the deer to is herself. She doesn’t actually care what those other people thought. She just wanted to know she could do it.

"I VILL mess vith time!" and "basic ice cream work" never fail to crack me up in this one. xD I think in Rick's mind, in his desperation he's ready to admit he doesn't know everything and even turns to God but the second he solves the problem it's back to thinking HE solved the problem, HE's the best and did it all himself. He turns back to God to mock Him, but even this doesn't make me think he really identifies as atheist, after all he's still turning to Him! :D Also, he met the Devil and accepted that without much crisis.

In "Rick and Morty", the Christian god is real. In one episode, they even wanted to kill him, but ended up doing other stuff. Zeus was real too, but Morty and Summer killed him. With that being said, in the real world, "god" doesn't exist and religion is the biggest lie in the entire world.

Testicles do tend to come in pairs, even as time monsters. I was expecting your neighbor to just fall through the ceiling at some point in the episode, like the old neighbor across the street in the show, but I'm glad his renovation work didn't go that far. Rick's prayer's weren't really answered, he just found and fixed the collar himself. Morty just dropped it, so it couldn't have been that far away just a few seconds later, since they were all falling straight down through the void. Loved your edits and screen text again!

Nah, don't you know? According to religion, if anything goes well, it's God's will. And Rick couldn't have fixed the collar like he's done to thousands of machines before this. And if it goes wrong, God works in mysterious ways and you have to believe and trust in God to make the situation better. Which is why people with a religious background don't understand that scene. It technically shows a LITTLE bit of uncertainty from Rick's perspective that there's no god, but I don't think he ever believed God was real. He doesn't want to die so he prays as well as solving the solution himself. It increases his likelihood of survival to the maximum. It's making fun of both sides, but particularly atheists, in a way that does actually make sense. Atheists will often be against God and religion, because they don't think it's real. But in some cases those same people pray in times of peril to increase their odds of survival, without changing their world view. Even the prayer, realistically, is disingenuous. They don't believe it'll work, and they're going to go straight back to the belief that God doesn't exist. But they'll try anyway since survival is important to pretty much everyone.

The version of Rick that jumped to save Morty was a 1% statistical anomaly made possible only by temporally dividing the most Rick of all Ricks into 100 versions of himself to find 1 version who may care about others. It would have required more divisions to find a smaller anomaly in a lesser Rick but could theoretically have been possible. Anyway, we can tell by the 'f u god' tirade that this 1% chance version of Rick who jumped also survived and became the dominant Rick personality. That is why the version of Rick the show follows is now 100x more Rick than even the most Rick could ever be. Every other universe's version of Rick is equal to just 1% of our Rick... and why the Citadel of Ricks (while it looks impressive) is a feedback loop of shame and a monument to mediocrity.
