I really like how much Rick this season is challenged as he is no longer at the top of the family hierarchy and learns to appreciate and value the new level of respect and consent he should have when it comes to Morty and their adventures and now he understands that he can't control everything as he's not a god even if he may be the smartest man in the universe

Condors hunt and eat sparrows. ...actually, there are two "condors", one of which ranges in the Andes mountains. ...in Peru. And that one mainly eats carcasses ie not live sparrows. I dunno if that just happened or if they looked that up to make sure the pet names made sense, but either way that's crazy and adorable
