I keep hearing about churches who demand women stay with Chris Reeds just because they married a Chris Reed. 😣 I've been blessed, my church doesn't demand I go back to my ab*sive, alcoholic husband. (Although there were questions if I was sure that the marriage couldn't be restored.🙄 An alcoholic who talks to demons and who only pretended to want marriage so he could legally own a s*x slave. Yeah, no. There was never an option of restoration, I'm free to go.) But not all women are that blessed. If you want, do them a favour and talk with your pastor about leaving marriages with a Rick Joyner type or a Chris Reed type and see if it's a safe church for the Catherines. Reed's wife looks so haggard and downtrodden, I fear for her safety. Marriages with the unrepentant are no marriages at all.

The consistent pattern I see with these NAR leaders is their botched up "salvation experiences", which are across the board NOT how someone gets saved or becomes a Christian! Over and over their stories are the same: They had a dream or a vision where "Jesus" or an angel appears to them and tells them they are being called to be a faith-healer or a prophet. Uh, no wonder they continue their perverted lifestyles - they don't have the true Holy Spirit in them to convict them and bring them to true repentance! The fame and fortune feeds their egos and they continue to deceive because that is the foundation their whole ministry scheme was built on and it's what works for them.

"You either trust us or you don't." As I was confronting my husband about him staying with a woman he met in rehab, his response was, "You moved out. If you don't trust me, you should have stayed." Narcissists demand trust in the face of confrontation and evidence they shouldn't be trusted. Narcissists blame others and only take responsibility when they think it will get them off the hook, get sympathy, or make themselves look good. Run away, people. Rick Joyner indulges in narcissistic behaviour. And for the love of all that's good, never move because of a church leader, even a good one. And never for one that sees people as tools to use like Rick. If they are a good leader, then chances are you have access to their content anyways. Just keep using that.
