GREATEST baseball movie ever. Realistic play, actors are convincing ballplayers (so many movies have painfully un-athletic stars)...Ive seen this a million times, but I still belly laugh and get goosebumps during the one game playoff at the end. This movie is PERFECT

When you consider that between 1988 and 89 you had Bull Durham, Field of Dreams, and Major League. The critics went ape shit over the first two, yet it seems like the fans are passionate about Major League. I say, with good reason. I wish they would have left well enough alone but, Noooo❗ They had to muck it up with a sequel. 😵. Okay dude, What was the play that Taylor signaled to Brown that ended up being the game-winning play❓BTW, I'm 63 and still get goosebumps when I watch the end of the movie.

Moneyball has a similar scene, after being injured and not getting picked up by another team, Chris Pratt's character is sitting alone in his living room watching the ball drop on TV for the new year.
