There is one weakness i can think of for saitama and that is to get saitama to fight saitama and if there is anyone who could make that happen it would be someone like rick! Ask yourself what if saitama punch himself? With rick portal gun that could be a possibility! So can saitama kill himself with his own with a single punch to the back of his head is the question? Otherwise if he can't then he would no longer be called the one punchman!

Rick would win but just barely. Saitama (and I love him btw, big fan) is a one trick pony. All he has is strength. Rick, with his intellect, could invent something that breaks Saitama's strength or create a suit that can withstand Saitama's Serious Punches or trap Saitama in a dimension where his strength is negated.

Oh, Doctor Manhattan hands down. Manhattan is essentially a maximum strength reality bender, while Saitama is physical strength personified. Now, Manhattan vs Rick would be a lot more interesting.
